Why partnership works
What partnership has already built
When the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation provided subsidy, Syndicate Bank provided credit, and Kadamba’s village volunteers identified and supported beneficiaries, 1,804 homes were built for BPL women — with 100% recovery. The National Housing Bank called it a model for housing schemes across India.
The same pattern — public institution, research partner, community network — revived lac cultivation with ICAR-IINRG, took cocoa to 5,829 farmers with DCCD and the National Horticulture Mission, and connected more than 50,000 patients with advanced care through KSHEMA.
