Uttara Kannada’s first “English Habba”, where 2,000+ rural students discovered English as an enjoyable language.
For the first time in Uttara Kannada, Kadamba celebrated “English Habba” — a large awareness programme for rural students who are often less confident in English than urban peers.
Kadamba focused on rural areas near Sirsi to ensure maximum benefit. More than 2,000 students took part in the outdoor event at the Lions school, performing English drama, group dances and poetry.
The message to all: English is not a headache; it is enjoyable knowledge.
