Kadamba started mobile dispensary services in Uttara Kannada district with the assistance of Nitte Education Trust, Mangaluru (KSHEMA) and Swarnavalli Math, Sirsi.

Background

Thousands of poor people in Uttara Kannada have benefited from this service. Building on it, Kadamba started health referral services with the KSHEMA hospital.

Today the hospital referral service is well known among the rural poor and is used by thousands of people every year.
